Bani Israil 17:95 قل لو كان في الارض ملايكة يمشون مطمينين لنزلنا عليهم من السماء ملكا رسولا ٩٥
قُل
لَّوۡ

ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
مَلَٰٓئِكَةٞ
يَمۡشُونَ
مُطۡمَئِنِّينَ
لَنَزَّلۡنَا
عَلَيۡهِم
مِّنَ
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
مَلَكٗا
رَّسُولٗا
٩٥
Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “Had there been angels walking the earth, well settled, We would have surely sent down for them an angel from heaven as a messenger.”

وَمَا مَنَعَ النَّاسَ

أَن يُؤْمِنُواْ
(from believing) and following the Messengers, except the fact that they found it strange that human beings would be sent
