كَدَأۡبِ
ءَالِ
فِرۡعَوۡنَ
وَٱلَّذِينَ
مِن
قَبۡلِهِمۡۚ
كَذَّبُواْ
بِـَٔايَٰتِ
رَبِّهِمۡ
فَأَهۡلَكۡنَٰهُم
بِذُنُوبِهِمۡ
وَأَغۡرَقۡنَآ
ءَالَ
فِرۡعَوۡنَۚ
وَكُلّٞ
كَانُواْ
ظَٰلِمِينَ
٥٤
（他们的常态）犹如法老的百姓和以前的民族的常态一样，他们否认自己的主的迹象。故我因他们的罪恶而毁灭他们，把法老的百姓淹死在海里，他们原是不义者。

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah affirms His perfect justice and fairness in His decisions, for He decided that He will not change a bounty that He has granted someone, except on account of an evil that they committed. Allah said in another Ayah,
