An-Nisa 4:133 ان يشا يذهبكم ايها الناس ويات باخرين وكان الله على ذالك قديرا ١٣٣
إِن
يَشَأۡ
يُذۡهِبۡكُمۡ
أَيُّهَا
ٱلنَّاسُ
وَيَأۡتِ
بِـَٔاخَرِينَۚ
وَكَانَ
ٱللَّهُ
عَلَىٰ
ذَٰلِكَ
قَدِيرٗا
١٣٣
如果真主意欲，他就毁灭你们这些人，而以别的民众代替你们。真主对于这件事，是全能的。

The Necessity of Taqwa of Allah
Allah states that He is the Owner of the heavens and earth and that He is the Supreme Authority over them. Hence Allah's statement,
