يُبَصَّرُونَهُمۡۚ
يَوَدُّ
ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُ
لَوۡ
يَفۡتَدِي
مِنۡ
عَذَابِ
يَوۡمِئِذِۭ
بِبَنِيهِ

Allah says that the torment will befall the disbelievers.
يَوْمَ تَكُونُ السَّمَآءُ كَالْمُهْلِ
