Ash-Shuraa 42:12 له مقاليد السماوات والارض يبسط الرزق لمن يشاء ويقدر انه بكل شيء عليم ١٢
لَهُۥ
مَقَالِيدُ
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ
يَبۡسُطُ
ٱلرِّزۡقَ
لِمَن
يَشَآءُ
وَيَقۡدِرُۚ
إِنَّهُۥ
بِكُلِّ
شَيۡءٍ
عَلِيمٞ
١٢
天地的宝藏，只是他的；他欲使谁的给养宽裕，就使它宽裕；欲使谁的给养窘迫，就使它窘迫；他是全知万物的。

Allah is the Protector, Ruler and Creator
Here Allah denounces the idolators for taking other gods instead of Allah, and declares that He is the True God, and it is not right to worship anyone except Him Alone. He is the One Who is able to bring the dead back to life and He is Able to do all things.
