Sajdah, is a Litmus Test.
It's an act that distinguishes the faithful from the faithless. It was the inaugural commandment given by Allah in the story of Adam's creation, marking the genesis of humanity's journey. This singular act of worship demarcated the obedient from the disobedient, the humble from the arrogant, and the righteous from the wicked.

The divine decree to prostrate was a watershed moment that separated the angels from the devils, the faithful from the faithless. It was a revelatory moment that exposed the true nature of Allah's creation. Those who submitted to Allah's will were distinguished from those who refused to bow.

Similarly, at the culmination of human history, another direct command to prostrate will serve as a final litmus test. This ultimate act of worship will differentiate the devout from the deniers, those who acknowledged Allah's sovereignty from those who rejected it. It will reveal who lived a life of submission and who persisted in pride and arrogance.

On that Day, this litmus test will separate those who were faithful from those who were faithless. May Allah grant us the strength to establish the spirit of prostration in our lives, so that we may be counted among the faithful on the Day of Reckoning.

These verses are so powerful. With every crime and murder that is taking place in the world right now, to us it looks like these people are getting away with it but in reality we cannot even imagine what Allah has prepared for them as a punishment for what they are doing. Allah says that their destruction will happen 'gradually' and we've already seen some of these signs already, like the countless diseases that have spread among IDF soldiers, this is just a small part of His plan and the rest we cannot see yet. Allah's planning is flawless, He has said it himself. The longer these criminals continue their massacres, the worse it gets for them. Their level of Jahannam just gets deeper and deeper day by day.  But for the people in Gaza, with each day their status with Allah increases and their Jannah just gets more beautiful. We must look at this in the lens of the Akhirah in order to keep ourselves reassured. 

I'm sure most people have seen the photo of the man in Gaza who died whilst prostrating to Allah. What a beautiful way to leave the world. Imagine how much Allah loves him .A lesson for us is that even our ease is a test. Allah gave us all we need but what will we do with it? Our health and our wealth. Our free time. Don't we want to reach a higher level of Jannah? And are we willing to sacrifice anything for the sake of Allah?

Yes, there are many people who say they their fate was pre-written etc but no, everyone has free will and they 'choose' to do what they do.

Everyone has the chance to set things right as long as they are breathing but when the end comes there is no turning back.
