فَأَسْقَيْنَـٰكُمُوهُ

From among Allahs blessings is he provided us with animals that will benefit us in the form of riding, milk, clothing, eating, and other benefits however he didnt put the responsibility of provision on them as they eat from the earth of Allah which you did nothing to create nor cause the rain to come down and grow its vegetation for them.

In addition , he sends down rain and stores it for us in rivers, springs, lakes, etc. So the provision of the rain and its storage is done by Allah alone without the need for an intermediary
