وتبارك الذي له ملك السماوات والارض وما بينهما وعنده علم الساعة واليه ترجعون ٨٥
وَتَبَارَكَ ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَعِندَهُۥ عِلْمُ ٱلسَّاعَةِ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ ٨٥
وَتَبَارَكَ
ٱلَّذِي
لَهُۥ
مُلۡكُ
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَمَا
بَيۡنَهُمَا
وَعِندَهُۥ
عِلۡمُ
ٱلسَّاعَةِ
وَإِلَيۡهِ
تُرۡجَعُونَ
٨٥
Phúc thay Đấng nắm quyền thống trị các tầng trời, trái đất và vạn vật giữa trời đất; Ngài biết rõ Giờ Tận Thế và tất cả các ngươi sẽ được đưa trở về trình diện Ngài.

These readings address the unbelievers (and all people) directly. They express the same meaning with a form IV passive verb, and a form I active verb.

These readings refer in the third person to the unbelievers mentioned in ayah 83. The verbs differ in the same way as above.
