تکاثر یعنی دنیاوی مال و دولت کی بے پناہ خواہش،
دنیاوی چیزوں کے پیچھے بھاگنا،
اور ان کی کثرت پر فخر کرنا۔
جو تھوڑا ہو لیکن ہماری ضروریات کو پورا کر دے، وہ اس سے بہتر ہے جس کی مقدار زیادہ ہو لیکن پھر بھی ناکافی ثابت ہو۔
'غافل' سے مراد وہ شخص ہے جو اپنی حقیقی منزل سے غفلت میں ہے۔
کون سی چیز نے مجھے غفلت میں مبتلا کر رکھا ہے؟
ہر انسان کی زندگی میں کوئی نہ کوئی مقصد ضرور ہوتا ہے، لیکن اکثر وہ اپنی دنیاوی مقاصد کے پیچھے اتنا مگن ہو جاتا ہے کہ آخرت کو بھلا بیٹھتا ہے۔
سوشل میڈیا پر نگاہ ڈالیں تو واضح ہوتا ہے کہ لوگوں کے اہداف اور خواہشات کیا ہیں؛ گاڑیوں کی دوڑ، لباس کی نمائش،
بچوں کی ڈگریاں اور ان کی شادیاں بھی اب فخر اور نمود و نمائش کا ذریعہ بن چکی ہیں۔

یہ حقیقت ہے کہ روزانہ ہزاروں لوگ اس دنیا سے رخصت ہو جاتے ہیں، اور ان کی خبریں ہمیں مختلف ذرائع سے موصول ہوتی ہیں۔ ہر فرد کی اپنی کہانی، خواب، اور دنیاوی مقاصد ہوتے ہیں، لیکن موت کی یہ خبریں ہمیں یہ سوچنے پر مجبور کرتی ہیں کہ انسان موت کے سامنے کس قدر بے بس ہے۔
چاہے وہ دنیا میں کتنی ہی قیمتی چیزوں کا مالک کیوں نہ ہو، آخرکار اسے کفن میں لپٹ کر اس دنیا کو چھوڑنا ہوتا ہے۔
موت کے بعد انسان علم الیقین سے عین الیقین کی منزل کی طرف بڑھتا ہے۔
انتقال کا مطلب ہی منتقل ہونا ہے؛ یعنی انسان دنیا سے آخرت کے سفر پر روانہ ہوتا ہے، دنیا کو پیچھے چھوڑ کر اپنے رب کی طرف۔
اگر زندگی خدا کی رضا کے مطابق گزاری ہو تو انسان خوشی سے یہ سفر طے کرتا ہے۔
لیکن اگر نہیں، تو یہ وہ نقصان ہے جس پر انسان روزِ قیامت اللہ سے دنیا میں واپس جانے کی مہلت مانگے گا تاکہ وہ اپنی زندگی کا بہتر استعمال کر سکے۔

انس بن مالک رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: 'اگر آدمی کے پاس سونے کی دو وادیاں ہوں تو اسے ایک تیسری وادی کی خواہش ہو گی اور اس کا پیٹ کسی چیز سے نہیں بھرے گا سوائے مٹی سے۔ اور اللہ تعالیٰ ہر اس شخص کی توبہ قبول کرتا ہے جو اس سے توبہ کرے

دنیا آخرت کی کھیتی ہے ۔۔

While reflecting on Surah Al-An’am (6:27–28) in the Qur’an, I was deeply shaken.

It is not that people do not see the truth. It is not that the signs are unclear. Many of them recognize the truth. Even if miracles were shown to them, even if they were returned to this world after seeing the punishment with their own eyes, Allah says they would still disbelieve.

Why?

Because the problem was never a lack of evidence. It was the condition of the heart.

The amount of arrogance, hatred, pride, and attachment to worldly desires that can cover a heart is unimaginable. When the punishment becomes visible before them, they beg to return and promise that they will believe. But Allah exposes them clearly even if they were sent back, they would return to the same disbelief.

This is both painful and powerful. Painful because it shows how far a heart can fall. Powerful because Allah exposes the reality of intentions , no one can deceive Him.

And when I think about it, this exposure is not only mentioned for the Hereafter. Even in this dunya, Allah exposes people ,their intentions, their hypocrisy, their truthfulness. He makes things manifest in ways we never expect.

This reflection made me realize something: we must constantly repent and humble ourselves. We should seriously detach from distractions and spend sincere time with the Qur’an.

Consistency is more important than speed. Even if you do not complete the entire Qur’an quickly ,even if it takes a year ,pondering over just one verse a day can open a new realm of closeness to Allah.

When you truly sit with the Qur’an, Allah begins to expose everything for you:
He shows you truth and falsehood.
He shows you what is in your heart.
He reveals your sincerity and even your hidden hypocrisy.

If you truly want to know yourself, open the Qur’an.
Allah will show you who you are.
He will show you the reality of this world.
He will make things clear , the moment you take that first sincere step toward understanding His words. #Quran #Reflection 

It is very concerning looking at the world nowadays. With every sign Allah has shown us, it is a big reminder to return to the right path. Our action and words should not be contradictory to everything Allah said in al-Quran. We must not take our favourite part of verses in al-Quran without understanding its context to validify our 'deeds'. That is why we must carefully read and learn al-Quran. Allah even tells us future dialogue in the Hereafter to show us whatever He says in al-Quran is nothing but the truth. If we choose to be ignorant, we will be the ones to say 'Oh! If only we could be sent back, we would never deny the signs of our Lord and we would ˹surely˺ be of the believers.'. All we can ever ask is for His guidance and blessing so we can live a prosperous life in our next life (which will be eternal). May Allah forgive us and guide us towards the straight path.

A lot of people ask how can we have free will and freedom of choice if Allah has all knowledge and he knows what we are going to do?
Wa lilahi al mathalol a'laa
And to Allah is the greatest of examples.

Looking at Chapter 18: Al-Kahf, Verses: 65 — 70, 78, 82:
Why did Musa not act differently if Khidr told him the end result? How did Khidr know what the outcome of his interaction with Musa was going to be? Of course, the simple answer to this is that Allah endowed him with this knowledge. However, reflecting on the amazing interaction between Khidr and Musa. Khidr said from the beginning to Musa, you will not be patient. Musa replied that he would be patient. Khidr replies how do you know how you will act with something you do not have knowledge of. Musa then responds over and over again throughout his interactions with Khidr that he will be patient and not disobey him. From Musa's point of view he was in control of his own actions. He had free will to continue to ask and react to the situations even though Khidr told him it was going to be difficult and that he would not be patient. Did the knowledge that Khidr had interfere or impact Musa's role or reaction?


Referencing both Chapter 6 : Al-An'aam, Verses: 26 — 32 and Chapter 35 : Faatir, Verses: 37 — 39:
Where Allah clearly states that even with the knowledge that those in hell have if they were dropped back into the world, they would do the same exact thing with their free will and freedom of choice. It is not an acceptable excuse to say I did not know or I did not have long enough to pass the test. The knowledge that those in hell have as they are being punished, would not change their choices if they to return to earth, Allah says it is is a lie for them to think that way. Allah is the truth and what he has sent with the messengers is the truth.

Going back to Chapter 18 : Al-Kahf, Verses: 65 — 70, 78, 82:
SubhanaAllah even though Khidr told him directly, Musa freely made the choices that led to the outcome he was told about. So with Allah is the highest and greatest example, think about our role in the decisions we make. Allah has full knowledge of everything and he tells us directly in the Quran what is the outcome. Does that force what people choose to do directly?

With Allah ultimate knowledge and he knows everything about us with all knowledge of everything as the creator. Isn't the similitude mind blowing?

The above reflection adds to the example of a teacher Wa lilahi al mathalol a'laa. A teacher can usually tell if someone will pass or fail their final exam and class. This is based on the effort, the character, the work put in, etc. Because the teacher designed the course they know how students will interact. The teacher has a sense of which students will pass and which will fail. This is without even creation or real knowledge of those human beings, just on a given course.

The last point of similar reflection is if you are standing on the 30th floor of a building Wa lilahi al mathalol a'laa. You can see a car speeding down the road, on the other end of the street you see a ball rolling into the street with a child running behind. From the perspective of being above you can see that the distracted driver will hit the child with the car. You are not controlling either the driver of the car or the child running in the street. They each are making choices that are not controlled by you on that 30th floor. This is all within your limited knowledge that is confined in time and space.

Reflecting on the story of Khidr and Musa, the example of a teacher’s knowledge of their students, and the person standing on the building it is all linear in knowledge of the Human level.  Now compare that to the knowledge of Allah The Creator of the Human being, the heavens, and the earth as well as of time and space. The tenses in the Quran are not by happenstance, for Allah time is a creation as well. Past, Present, and Future, are known to him and not different things For Allah is Above and Greater than All things.  Allah has full knowledge which is the truth, the creation smaller than the atom to the vastness of the heavens and the universe.

May Allah benefit us from that which He SWT has taught us, and teach us that which will benefit us, and increase us in knowledge.
