السلام علیکم و رحمۃ اللہ و برکاتہ 
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم 
الھم صلی علی محمد و علی آل محمد و والسلام علی المؤمنین والمؤمنات والمسلمین والمسلمات۔۔ 

 *میری پسندیدہ آیت : سورۂ التغابن آیت نمبر ؛ 11.*

یہ آیت اس لیے میری پسندیدہ ہے کہ اس نے مجھ پر زندگی کے بڑے خوبصورت راز کھولے ہیں۔۔ آئیے دیکھتے ہیں وہ راز کیا ہیں اور میں نے اس آیت سے کیا سمجھا۔ 

ترجمہ: نہیں پہنچتی کوئ مصیبت مگر اللہ کے اذن سے، اور جو اللہ پر ایمان لاتا ہے تو اللہ اسکے قلب کو ھدایت دیتے ہیں اور اللہ ہر چیز کا خوب علم رکھنے والا ہے۔ 
سب سے پہلے ہم اس ٹکڑے کو دیکھتے ہیں کہ ، ہر مصیبت اللہ ہی کے اذن سے پہنچتی ہے۔ 
یہاں مصیبت کا لفظ استعمال ہوا ہے یہ ص، و،ب سے ہے جس کے معنی ہے ٹھیک نشانے پر لگنا یا پہنچنا۔ یعنی کسی تکلیف یا بلا کا عین اپنے موقع محل پر پہنچنا۔ اگر ہم غور کریں تو معلوم ہوگا کہ جب بھی ہمیں کوئ تکلیف پہنچتی ہے تو سب سے پہلے ہم الزام لگاتے ہیں۔ اسباب پر، کسی شخص پر یا اپنی قسمت پر۔ ہم کہتے ہیں یہ فلاں وجہ سے ہوا یا فلاں شخص یا فلاں کام کی وجہ سے۔ اور دوسرا کام ہم یہ کرتے ہیں کہ جب مصیبت پہنچنے پر ہم ہڑبڑاتے ہیں تو ہم ہاتھ ملنا شروع کرتے ہیں کہ کاش میں ویسا کرتا یا ایسا کرتا تو آج یہ تکلیف نہ پہنچتی۔ پھر ہم پچھتانا شروع کرتے ہیں اور یوں وہ  تکلیف ہمارے اعصاب پر اتنی سوار ہو جاتی ہے کہ ہم مایوس ہونے لگتے ہیں۔ اور یوں نہ ہم ٹھیک ہوتے ہیں نہ زندگی اچھی لگتی ہے۔ 
لیکن اللہ تعالى کتنے پیارے ہیں نا۔ انھوں نے سب سے پہلے ہمارے نفسیات کے مطابق ہماری رہنمائ کی ، ایک اچھے صحتمند طرز عمل کے بارے میں بتایا۔ کہ جب بھی زندگی میں تمھیں کوئ تکلیف پہنچے تو تم نہ تو الزام تراشی کرو، نہ خود کو بے وجہ ملامت کرو ، اور نہ ہی کاش کا لفظ بولو ،کیونکہ کاش کا لفظ انسان کی زندگی میں حدیث کے مطابق شیطان داخل کرتا ہے۔ بلکہ تم یہ سمجھ جاؤ کہ اللہ نے سورۂ حدید میں بھی یہی فرمایا اور اب سورۂ تغابن میں بھی کہ تمھیں کوئ بھی تکلیف نہیں چھو سکتی مگر جب اللہ کا اذن ہو۔ دوسری چیز جو ہمیں اس کے معنی سے پتہ چلی وہ یہ کہ تم کاش مت کہو بلکہ وہ مصیبت جس طرح ، جس وقت جس حال میں اللہ کی طرف سے پہنچتی ہے وہ ٹھیک وقت اور ٹھیک نشانے پر ہی پہنچتی ہے۔ لیکن یہ سب باتیں ذہن میں لانے اور اس پر عمل کرنے کے لیے اللہ نے اس آیت میں اگلا سٹیپ بتایا کہ تم یہ باتیں تب ہی سمجھ سکو گے جب تمھارا دل اللہ پر ایمان لائے گا۔ یہاں لفظ یؤمن استعمال ہوا یؤمن (أ م ن) سے ہے، اصل میں دل کی تصدیق اور اللہ پر اعتماد/اطمینان مراد ہے۔ تو تمھیں دل سے تصدیق کرنی ہوگی کہ یہ مجھے اللہ کی مرضی سے پہنچا ہے۔ اور جو چیز اللہ کی مرضی سے پہنچتی ہے وہ کبھی اپنا نشانہ خطا نہیں کرتی اور جو نہیں پہنچنی ہوتی وہ پوری دنیا بھی مل کر نہیں پہنچا سکتی۔ پس جب تم یہ ایمان لے آؤگے اللہ پر تو تم لوگوں کو الزام نہیں دو گے، تم خود سے نفرت اور خود کو کوسنے کی بجائ، اور بار بار اس غم کو یاد کر کے کاش کہنے کی بجائے تم یہ کہو گے کہ جو اللہ کی مرضی۔ اور یوں تم خود اپنے اندر پرامن ہو جاؤگے۔ اور پرامن انسان صحتمند رویہ رکھتا ہے۔ وہ مثبت طریقے پر زندگی جی سکتا ہے وہ مصائب میں ڈگمگانے کی بجائے اللہ پر ایمان لا کر صبر و اطمینان پاتا ہے اور آگے بڑھتا ہے۔ 
اب اللہ کو پتہ ہے کہ انسان یہ دو کام کرنے کے بعد بھی اکثر سوچتا رہتا ہے، وسوسے اس پر حملہ آور ہوتے ہیں اور کبھی کبھی اسے اپنا آپ شیطان سے ہارتا ہوا محسوس ہوتا ہے تو اللہ نے اس کے لیے آیت میں مزید کیا فرمایا جانتے ہیں؟ جی اللہ نے فرمایا کہ پھر میں تمھارے دل کو ھدایت دے دوں گا۔ یعنی تم جب ہر آزمائش کو میری طرف سے ہونے پر ایمان لاؤگے تو میں بھی بدلے میں تمھارے دل کو راہنمائ عطا کروں گا۔ دل ہی کیوں؟؟؟ کیونکہ کسی بھی درد کا پہلا وار تو دل پر ہی ہوتا ہے۔ دل ہی احساسات و جذبات کا مرکز ہے ۔ دل ہی سے ہر عقیدے کی ابتداء ہے اور ایمان بھی سب سے پہلے دل سے لایا جاتا ہے۔ ھدایت ھدی سے ہے اور اس کا معنی ہے راستہ دیکھنا ، سمجھنا اور اس پر چلنے کی توفیق ملنا۔ پس اللہ تمھیں سیدھے راستے کی توفیق دے دے گا۔ اور مصیبت میں سیدھا راستہ پتہ ہے کیا ہے؟ یہی کہ انسان کو  اس وقت خوبصورت صبر کی توفیق مل جائے۔ وہ کفریہ کلمات کہنے یا قدم ڈگمگانے اور غلط عمل کرنے سے بچ جائے کیونکہ ہم اکثر مصیبت میں ہی رستہ گم کر بیٹھتے ہیں۔ ہم اس تکلیف سے جان چھڑانے کے لیے پھر اکثر غیر شرعی توہمّات یا ایسے وسائل کی طرف مائل ہوجاتے ہیں جو توحید و توکل کے منافی ہوں۔ لیکن اللہ فرما رہے ہیں تم ان سب سے بچ جاؤگے اگر تم اللہ پر یقین رکھو گے۔ اور سخت وقت میں ھدایت یہ بھی ہے کہ ہم دل سے اس بات کو مان لیں اور توفیق مل جائے کہ ہر تکلیف سزا نہیں ہوتی بلکہ تکالیف میں بھی اللہ نے ہمارے لیے کئ قسم کی خیر رکھتا ہے جیسے کہ گناہوں کا جھڑنا ، درجات کی بلندی، اور صبر پر اجر ملنا۔ بلکہ احادیث میں تو یہ بھی آیا ہے کہ مومن کے لیے تو ہر حال میں بھلائ ہے خوشی پر شکر کا اجر اور مصیبت میں صبر پر اجر مگر اللہ نے بھی تو یہی کہا نا کہ مومن ہونا پہلی شرط ہے۔ اور ہاں ھدایت یہ بھی ہے کہ ہمارا دل ہر رنج و غم میں سلیم یعنی اطمینان کے ساتھ اللہ ہی کے سامنے جھکے۔ اور اس بات پر ایمان رکھیں کہ اللہ ہر چیز کو خوب علم رکھنے والا ہے۔ وہ جانتا ہے مجھے کب تکلیف دینی اور کب اس سے نکالنا بہتر ہے۔ میرے لیے کونسی شے کا ملنا اور کونسی کا نہ ملنا بہتر ہے۔ 
پس اگر ہم پوری آیت کو ملا کر دیکھیں تو سمجھ آتی ہے کہ مصیبت کے وقت ہمارے دل میں اٹھنے والے درد و سوالوں کے طوفان کا ڈھٹائ سے سامنا اور سیدھی راہ چننا تب آسان ہے اگر ہم اسے اللہ کا اذن ہونے پر ایمان رکھیں گے کیونکہ پھر اللہ ہمارے دل کو سکون اور راستہ دکھائے گا اور اللہ کو ان سب باتوں کا خوب علم ہے ۔۔ وما علینا الا البلاغ۔۔۔

تکلیف میں چھپی ہوئی ایک رحمت (از خود دل سے نکلی ہوئی ایک بات)

تکلیف بذاتِ خود اللہ تعالیٰ کی طر ف سے ایک رحمت ہے۔ اکثر لوگ تکلیف کو محض ایک مصیبت سمجھتے ہیں، لیکن درحقیقت یہ بھی اللہ تعالیٰ کی ایک نعمت ہے۔ جب اللہ تعالیٰ کسی بندے کو آزماتا ہے تو اس کے ساتھ آسانی کا سامان بھی کرتا ہے۔ کیونکہ اللہ کا وعدہ ہے:

﴿إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ‎۝٥ إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ‎۝٦﴾
(بے شک ہر تنگی کے ساتھ آسانی ہے، بے شک ہر تنگی کے ساتھ آسانی ہے)
📖 سورۃ الشرح، آیت 5-6

اللہ تعالیٰ ہمارے لیے وہ چیزیں پسند کرتا ہے جو ہمارے ایمان، صبر، اور قربِ الٰہی میں اضافہ کا ذریعہ بنیں، اور تکلیف انہی میں سے ایک ذریعہ ہے۔

ایک انگلش مفکر نے بہت بامعنی بات کہی تھی:
'تکلیف اللہ کا مائیکروفون ہے، جس کے ذریعے وہ ایک غافل دنیا کو جگاتا ہے۔'
یعنی جب دنیا کی چمک دمک، مصروفیات اور خوشیاں ہمیں اللہ سے غافل کر دیتی ہیں، تو اللہ کبھی کبھی دکھ کے ذریعے ہمیں جگاتا ہے، جھنجھوڑتا ہے، تاکہ ہم واپس اس کی طرف پلٹ آئیں۔ ایک بار اس مفکر کی زندگی میں ایک شدید صدمہ آیا، جب اس کی بیوی کینسر کے باعث دنیا سے چلی گئیں۔ اس دکھ نے اسے اللہ کی طرف رجوع پر مجبور کر دیا اور وہ کہنے لگا:
'تکلیف نے مجھے وہ چیزیں سکھائیں جو نہ کسی کتاب نے، نہ کسی استاد نے اور نہ ہی کسی نصیحت نے۔'
یہ واقعہ ہمیں سکھاتا ہے کہ بعض اوقات اللہ تعالیٰ ہمارے دل کے پردے صرف تکلیف کے ذریعے ہی ہٹا دیتا ہے تاکہ ہم اس کی پہچان حاصل کر سکیں۔

جیسا کہ قرآن مجید میں اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے:

﴿وَلَنُذِيقَنَّهُم مِّنَ ٱلْعَذَابِ ٱلْأَدْنَىٰ دُونَ ٱلْعَذَابِ ٱلْأَكْبَرِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ﴾
(اور ہم انہیں بڑے عذاب سے پہلے، چھوٹے عذاب کا مزہ چکھائیں گے، شاید وہ رجوع کر لیں)
📖 سورۃ السجدہ، آیت 21

ایک نیک خاتون نے بہت خوبصورت بات کہی:
'جب بھی مجھے کوئی تکلیف ہوتی ہے، میں فوراً اللہ سے دعا کرتی ہوں: اے اللہ! اس تکلیف میں میرے لیے آسانی دکھا دیجیے۔'
اور واقعی، ایسا ہوتا بھی ہے کہ کچھ نہ کچھ ایسا ضرور سامنے آتا ہے جو دل کو سکون دیتا ہے۔ کبھی کوئی پیارا جملہ، کبھی کسی بچے کی معصوم بات، کبھی کسی عزیز کی تسلی، یا کبھی موبائل پر کوئی ایسا پیغام جو دل کو چھو جائے — یہ سب اللہ کی طرف سے بھیجے گئے اشارے ہوتے ہیں، جو دل کو اطمینان اور روح کو قرار بخشتے ہیں۔ جیسا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے:

﴿وَعَسَىٰٓ أَن تَكْرَهُوا۟ شَيْـًۭٔا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌۭ لَّكُمْ﴾
(ہو سکتا ہے تم کسی چیز کو ناپسند کرو، حالانکہ وہ تمہارے لیے بہتر ہو)
📖 سورۃ البقرہ، آیت 216

جب انسان اللہ کی دی ہوئی ہدایت کے نور سے دیکھتا ہے تو وہ تکلیف میں بھی خیر تلاش کر لیتا ہے۔ وہ دل سے کہتا ہے: 'یہ آزمائش بھی میرے رب کی طرف سے ہے، اور میرے رب کی رحمت میری تکلیف سے زیادہ بڑی ہے۔' جیسا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے:

﴿مَّآ أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَمَن يُؤْمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ يَهْدِ قَلْبَهُۥ ۚ﴾
(کوئی بھی مصیبت نہیں آتی مگر اللہ کے حکم سے، اور جو اللہ پر ایمان رکھتا ہے، اللہ اس کے دل کو ہدایت دیتا ہے)
📖 سورۃ التغابن، آیت 11

پس یہ سچ ہے کہ تکلیف ظاہری طور پر دکھ دیتی ہے، لیکن حقیقت میں وہ انسان کو اس کے رب کے قریب کرتی ہے، اسے جھکنا سکھاتی ہے، دعا کرنا سکھاتی ہے، اور وہ اطمینان عطا کرتی ہے جو صرف اللہ کی یاد میں ملتا ہے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ ہمیں ہر تکلیف میں خیر، صبر، اور اپنی رحمت کی جھلک دکھا دے۔
آمین یا رب العالمین،

This ayah feels very personal to me right now; its message is incredibly soothing in a difficult period of my life.

The verse begins with a statement that can feel difficult at first:
“No calamity occurs except by the permission of Allah.”
This does not mean that suffering is random or meaningless. It means that nothing escapes the knowledge, wisdom, and decree of Allah.
Even the events that feel chaotic or painful are not outside His awareness.

But the most profound part of the verse comes in the second half.
Allah does not say: He removes the calamity. 
He says: “He guides his heart.”
This is a remarkable shift. The transformation happens inside the believer.

Faith does not necessarily prevent hardship, but it gives something deeper:
-clarity instead of confusion
-trust instead of despair
-patience instead of rebellion
The believer begins to see events through the lens of divine wisdom, even when the full meaning is hidden.

Scholars often explained “يَهْدِ قَلْبَهُ” (He guides his heart) in a very beautiful way.
It means that the believer comes to realize:
-This happened by the decree of Allah.
-What Allah decrees carries wisdom.
-My response should be patience and trust.
The heart becomes steady, even if the situation itself is difficult.
Guidance here is not about information — it is about inner alignment.

The verse hints at a profound spiritual principle:
Events happen outside our control, but the state of the heart is guided by faith.
Two people may experience the same hardship.
-One becomes bitter and lost.
-The other becomes deeper, calmer, and closer to Allah.
The difference is not the event.  It is the heart that receives it.

Calamities shake the world around us.
 Faith steadies the world within us.
When the heart trusts the wisdom of Allah,  
even hardship can become a path to guidance.

Bismillah

Patience through trials doesn't mean we dont cry or feel sad about it. We show patience.

We remind our selves that Allah loves those He tests

We remind ourselves that everything is temporary and shall pass 

We remind ourselves to trust that whatever Allah SWT decrees has khair in it 

And we patiently endure.

May Allah SWT make us of those who are grateful and show patience.  Ameen

A fruit falls from the tree when it’s ready.
Before Islam, I used to really struggle with letting go of regrets, pain, and past trauma.

I kept telling myself:
'Move on.'
'Drop it.'
'Let it go.' 

And then I’d feel frustrated and ashamed that I couldn’t. After all, it was over, right?
But nothing changed until I started paying closer attention to the times when I was able to let go with ease.
What was different then?
Why was I holding so tightly in other moments?

That’s when I realized that letting go isn’t something you do. It’s not the action, it’s the result. 
It’s something that happens naturally when your heart is ready. 
 
Like fruit falling from a tree, the release is effortless when it ripens.
The same is true for the heart.

Letting go happens when your consciousness becomes fully aware that what you’re holding onto isn’t serving Allah ﷻ, or yourself, or anyone else for that matter.

You don’t just need more time. You need more clarity. More yaqeen.
What unlocks release is understanding.

Understanding of who Allah ﷻ is and who He isn’t. And of the reality and nature of this life, and your role in it.
Because once you see the benefit in your pain, you stop clinging to the wounds and scars.

'No calamity befalls except by permission of Allah. And whoever believes in Allah — He will guide his heart.' (64:11)

Often, what we’re holding on to is tied to something deeper. 
An unmet need, a distorted belief, a false sense of control, the illusion that you’re protecting yourself, or your ego.

You have to get to the root and ask:

Can this root yield a healthy plant?
If not, why am I still watering it?
What am I afraid I’ll lose if I let it go?
How has this experience changed me, for better or worse?
How can I relearn the lesson so that it brings me closer to Allah ﷻ and keeps me on the straight path toward Jannah?

To get to the root, you can either reflect directly on the experience and what it left you with or you can work backward.
Look at your current behaviors, especially the ones that harm your deen or relationships, and ask what they’re protecting or compensating for. Then trace them back to where they began.

The Prophet ﷺ said:
'I was only sent to perfect noble character.'
(Al-Muwatta’, 1614)

Our character is not built by denying pain or pretending we are unaffected. It’s built through strengthening our weaknesses and refining our strengths without allowing hardship to define or harden us.

No, you can’t rush healing.
You have to let things be before you can let them go.
You have to feel it to heal it. Then let Allah ﷻ show you what it came to teach.

'For indeed, with hardship comes ease. Indeed, with hardship comes ease.' (94:5-6)

Surely, with hardship comes release.
Islam doesn’t teach you to suppress pain. It teaches you to release what the pain is clinging to: fear, doubt, control, envy, ego.
And when those are gone, what hurt you, no longer holds you.

Islam doesn’t teach you to ignore regret either.
It teaches you to release the guilt that keeps you trapped in the past, so you can repent, return to Allah ﷻ, and rectify your affairs.

So instead of trying to 'let go,' Ask yourself: 
Why am I still holding on?  
And who or what does it serve if I continue to?

'Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear.' (2:286)

It was really beneficial May Allah increase your wisdom 

I don’t always know where this loop of negative thoughts comes from.

But what I do know is this:
There’s nothing I can do about what hasn’t even happened—except in my head.

So I place my hand on my heart and remind myself:

 'Allah has power over all things.'

He’s got everything under control.

No trial or calamity can touch me except by His permission.
And I’m under His care at all times.

Even when the tide is against me…
Even when time feels heavy and patience runs thin…
Allah is watching over me.

He created me.
He knows every inch of my heart—my strengths, my struggles, my silent fears.

And I know with certainty:

He would never throw me into a battle I’m not built to win.

Not all that burns is a punishment.
Not all that feels acidic is destruction.

Allah’s mercy and light are always around us...

But my heart wasn’t ready to receive it.
It was layered with rust—sins, distractions, desires, evil thoughts, heedlessness.

Then, by divine decree, Allah placed me in an acidic medium.

It burned—but not to destroy me.
It burned to dissolve the rust I had allowed to build over my heart.

When I went through that deep pain,when I felt alone, broken, and suffocated by uncertainty—
my heart finally cracked open.

And through that crack, Allah’s light entered.

In that vulnerable moment, Allah allowed me to utter:

'La ilaha illa Anta, Subhanaka, innee kuntu minaz-zalimeen.' and various other duas and zikr.

 Prophet Yunus (عليه السلام), in the DARK ACIDIC belly of the whale, isolated and overwhelmed and said:
'There is no deity but You. Glory be to You! Truly, I was among the wrongdoers.'
(Surah Al-Anbiya 21:87)

He didn’t just survive the darkness—he transformed in it.
He surrendered. He glorified. He repented.
And in doing so, he rose.

Allah grants each of us a similar moment.A moment when external pressure cracks open the sealed heart.

Whether we grow or retard—it depends on our response.

Because, that acidic medium isn't there to corrode—

It’s there to catalyze.

It becomes the very water in which we swim back to our Rabb,uninterrupted, undistracted, and in surrender.

So the question is:

Will we allow the acidic medium to awaken our hearts,

or will we harden and resist what was sent to heal us?

May Allah, out of His infinite mercy, grant us the strength, patience, and wisdom to navigate every test with steadfastness and faith.

Bismillah... the above verse... simply given me a very big impact that makes me thinks nothing belong to us... It's all belonged to him, and to him, we shall return. Again, my accidents involving my both arms fracture and dislocated my left arm badly. I was super down after the operations, thinking about my aftermath. I was unable to sit on my own, stand up after sitting down on my own, need assistance whenever there's nature calls, need assistance to shower / cleaned me up, need assistance to dress me up, need assistance to take obligatory before prayers, need to sit on chair to perform prayers, not even a chance to rukuk nor sujud to straight past 4 months... Furthermore, I was downed that moment for all the above I've used to be independently handled, and I felt so useless, helpless and begin to feel low self-esteemed on my own capability to handle personal things on my own. But I did not give up my learning journey for my Al Quran studies during my mishap. I came back for class with hand strap around me, my family send me back and forth for class and helps to carry my Quran, books, bags and notes. Even helps from classmates and teachers. Masya Allah Tabarakallah. May Allah SWT grant them his blessed till eternity. Till one fine day, my teacher gave me the above verse and say that I'm the chosen one to pass through this test. Allah SWT knows I'm strong and delicate the test to me. I begin to think, all what I have in me, around me, my surrounding belongs to Allah SWT. My arms! Allah given, or shall I say lend it to me for the past 49 years, what good have I done? What bad have I done? Did I even appreciate it? Did I even repent for all my hand had done sins? It's time he took back a little part of me to test my faith to him... Allahu akhbar! It makes me realize that the test was to bring up my sabr and syukron level higher than before. And always remember nothing is forever for us all... Allah SWT knows better than us.

Scars can either make you or break you, it's a test from Allah. My Scars made me feel the pain of others even more deeply!

ما أصاب من مصيبة إلا بإذن الله ومن يؤمن بالله يهد قلبه والله بكل شيء عليم

In life, many things happen that we wish would never occur. Sometimes we even pray for certain events to be avoided, yet they happen anyway, leaving us stuck in the mindset of wishing they hadn't. In my own life, I've experienced many such moments despite my prayers: the loss of someone I loved deeply, the harshness of family members, long stays in the ICU due to medical conditions, and financial crises that swept away everything like a hurricane. These moments brought immense disappointment and shattered expectations.

Yet, these periods of complete disaster have shaped who we are today. There's a deeper significance in the fact that everything happens only by Allah's will—even a single cell in our body does not die without His permission. He knows what we will face in the next chapter of our lives, and these experiences strengthen us to face future tests. They build resilience, mindfulness, and inner strength. If we look back, we can often see a pattern: as our faith increases, the tests we face also reach a new level.
