وَكَانُواْ

Yusuf's Reign in Egypt
Allah said next,
وَكَذلِكَ مَكَّنَّا لِيُوسُفَ فِى الاٌّرْضِ
(Thus did We give full authority to Yusuf in the land), in Egypt,
