لَوۡ
كَانَ
عَرَضٗا
قَرِيبٗا
وَسَفَرٗا
قَاصِدٗا
لَّٱتَّبَعُوكَ
وَلَٰكِنۢ
بَعُدَتۡ
عَلَيۡهِمُ
ٱلشُّقَّةُۚ
وَسَيَحۡلِفُونَ
بِٱللَّهِ
لَوِ
ٱسۡتَطَعۡنَا
لَخَرَجۡنَا
مَعَكُمۡ
يُهۡلِكُونَ
أَنفُسَهُمۡ
وَٱللَّهُ
يَعۡلَمُ
إِنَّهُمۡ
لَكَٰذِبُونَ

Kolay elde edilen kazanç, yakın bir yolculuk olsaydı (Tebuk'ta) sana uyarlardı. Fakat, meşakkat (mesafe) onlara uzak geldi. "Gücümüz yetseydi sizinle beraber çıkardık." diye Allah’a yemin edeceklerdir. Kendilerini helak ediyorlar. Allah, gerçekten onların yalancı olduğunu biliyor.
