وَأَنذِرِ
ٱلنَّاسَ
يَوۡمَ
يَأۡتِيهِمُ
ٱلۡعَذَابُ
فَيَقُولُ
ٱلَّذِينَ
ظَلَمُواْ
رَبَّنَآ
أَخِّرۡنَآ
إِلَىٰٓ
أَجَلٖ
قَرِيبٖ
نُّجِبۡ
دَعۡوَتَكَ
وَنَتَّبِعِ
ٱلرُّسُلَۗ
أَوَلَمۡ
تَكُونُوٓاْ
أَقۡسَمۡتُم
مِّن
قَبۡلُ
مَا
لَكُم
مِّن
زَوَالٖ
٤٤
(Ey Muhammed!) Kendilerine azabın geleceği, bu yüzden zalimlerin: «Ey Rabbimiz! Yakın bir müddete kadar bize süre ver de senin davetine uyalım ve peygamberlere tâbi olalım» diyecekleri gün hakkında insanları uyar. (Onlara denilir ki:) «Halbuki siz daha önce, sizin için (dünyadan âhirete) göçüş olmadığına yemin etmemiş miydiniz?»

There will be no Respite after the Coming of the Torment
Allah mentions what those who committed injustice against themselves will say when they witness the torment,
رَبَّنَآ أَخِّرْنَآ إِلَى أَجَلٍ قَرِيبٍ نُّجِبْ دَعْوَتَكَ وَنَتَّبِعِ الرُّسُلَ
(Our Lord! Respite us for a little while, we will answe
