قَالَ
يَٰقَوۡمِ
أَرَهۡطِيٓ
أَعَزُّ
عَلَيۡكُم
مِّنَ
ٱللَّهِ
وَٱتَّخَذۡتُمُوهُ
وَرَآءَكُمۡ
ظِهۡرِيًّاۖ
إِنَّ
رَبِّي
بِمَا
تَعۡمَلُونَ
مُحِيطٞ

Ey Halkım! Kabilem size göre Allah’tan daha mı değerlidir ki onu (Allah'ın emirlerini) arkanıza attınız? Şüphesiz Rabbim, sizin yaptıklarınızı kuşatandır, dedi.

The Response of Shu`ayb's People
They said,
يشُعَيْبُ مَا نَفْقَهُ
(O Shu`ayb! We do not understand) This means that we do not comprehend.
