وَكَذَٰلِكَ
نُصَرِّفُ
ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ
وَلِيَقُولُواْ
دَرَسۡتَ
وَلِنُبَيِّنَهُۥ
لِقَوۡمٖ
يَعۡلَمُونَ
١٠٥
İşte böylece âyetleri türlü türlü çevirip açıklıyoruz ki, onlar sana: "Sen bunları bir yerlerden okuyup öğrenmişsin" desinler ve bilen bir toplum için de onu iyice beyan edelim.

The Meaning of Basa'ir
Basa'ir are the proofs and evidences in the Qur'an and the Message of Allah's Messenger ﷺ . The Ayah,
فَمَنْ أَبْصَرَ فَلِنَفْسِهِ
(so whosoever sees, will do so for (the good of) himself.) is similar to,
فَمَنُ اهْتَدَى فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدِى لِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِل
