وَإِذۡ
تَأَذَّنَ
رَبُّكَ
لَيَبۡعَثَنَّ
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
إِلَىٰ
يَوۡمِ
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ
مَن
يَسُومُهُمۡ
سُوٓءَ
ٱلۡعَذَابِۗ
إِنَّ
رَبَّكَ
لَسَرِيعُ
ٱلۡعِقَابِ
وَإِنَّهُۥ
لَغَفُورٞ
رَّحِيمٞ
١٦٧
Rabbin, elbette kıyamet gününe kadar onlara en kötü eziyeti yapacak kimseler göndereceğini ilân etti, şüphesiz Rabbin cezayı çabuk verendir. Ve O çok bağışlayan, pek esirgeyendir.

تَأَذَّنَ
(Ta'dhdhana) means `declared', according to Mujahid, or `ordained', according to others. This part of the Ayah indicates a vow,
