وَلَوۡ
أَنَّآ
أَهۡلَكۡنَٰهُم
بِعَذَابٖ
مِّن
قَبۡلِهِۦ
لَقَالُواْ
رَبَّنَا
لَوۡلَآ
أَرۡسَلۡتَ
إِلَيۡنَا
رَسُولٗا
فَنَتَّبِعَ
ءَايَٰتِكَ
مِن
قَبۡلِ
أَن
نَّذِلَّ
وَنَخۡزَىٰ
١٣٤
Dar dacă Noi i‑am fi nimicit printr‑o pedeapsă mai înainte de el,1 atunci ar fi zis ei: „Doamne, de ce nu ne‑ai trimis Tu un Profet, ca să fi putut urma semnele înainte ca noi să fi fost umiliţi şi loviţi de ruşine?”
