وتبارك الذي له ملك السماوات والارض وما بينهما وعنده علم الساعة واليه ترجعون ٨٥
وَتَبَارَكَ ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَعِندَهُۥ عِلْمُ ٱلسَّاعَةِ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ ٨٥
وَتَبَارَكَ
ٱلَّذِي
لَهُۥ
مُلۡكُ
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَمَا
بَيۡنَهُمَا
وَعِندَهُۥ

These readings address the unbelievers (and all people) directly. They express the same meaning with a form IV passive verb, and a form I active verb.
يُرۡجَعُونَ

“they will be brought back to Him”
يَرۡجِعُونَ

“they will return to Him”
These readings refer in the third person to the unbelievers mentioned in ayah 83. The verbs differ in the same way as above.
