ويجعلون لله ما يكرهون وتصف السنتهم الكذب ان لهم الحسنى لا جرم ان لهم النار وانهم مفرطون ٦٢
وَيَجْعَلُونَ لِلَّهِ مَا يَكْرَهُونَ وَتَصِفُ أَلْسِنَتُهُمُ ٱلْكَذِبَ أَنَّ لَهُمُ ٱلْحُسْنَىٰ ۖ لَا جَرَمَ أَنَّ لَهُمُ ٱلنَّارَ وَأَنَّهُم مُّفْرَطُونَ ٦٢
وَيَجۡعَلُونَ
لِلَّهِ
مَا
يَكۡرَهُونَۚ
وَتَصِفُ
أَلۡسِنَتُهُمُ
ٱلۡكَذِبَ
أَنَّ
لَهُمُ
ٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰۚ
لَا
جَرَمَ
أَنَّ
لَهُمُ
ٱلنَّارَ
وَأَنَّهُم
مُّفۡرَطُونَ

In this reading, the form IV passive participle, the end of the ayah describes these people's state in the Hellfire.
مُفْرِطُوْنَ

"and that they are extreme (in their evil"
This reading is the active participle of form IV and describes what leads them to Hellfire.

"and that they are neglectful (of God's right)"
