The disbelievers say, “The Hour will never come to us.” Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “Yes—by my Lord, the Knower of the unseen—it will certainly come to you!” Not ˹even˺ an atom’s weight is hidden from Him in the heavens or the earth; nor anything smaller or larger than that, but is ˹written˺ in a perfect Record.1

ʿallāmi l-ghaybi
“(by) the Knower of the unseen!”
These readings are genitive, appositive to the preceding oath wa-rabbī. The second form is more intensive.
ʿālimu l-ghaybi
"(He is) the Knower of the unseen" OR "The Knower of the unseen..."
This reading is nominative, beginning a new sentence. It is either a subject connected to what follows, or the predicate of an implied subject.

Explanation

These readings amount to the same general meaning [Makki].

He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
