In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Especially Merciful,

If we should praise Allah for the entirety of our lives this praise would not be enough, if the entire creation was to praise Allah it would not be enough.

Yet, the One who has Created us and everything, and to Him Whom belongs all such praise, praises you because you believe in Him and do what He has said and you choose to do what is good over what He dislikes and what He has forbidden then surely this ayah should make me wish to be amongst the One whom He praises, whom He loves. 

Truly He is Most Generous. May we yearn to be amongst this category of His Creation and may we strive to do so until our exit from this abode.
Wanting to be in this category should extinguish the worldly temporary desires and should make me yearn for the everlasting and true honour with the Lord of the worlds. 

May Allah make us all amongst this category Allahumma Ameen. 🤲

Small act of kindness have lasting impact
When I first joined Al-Huda Institute to learn the Quran, I had never fully completed my tajweed before. Although I had always excelled academically, achieving top grades and becoming a software engineer, I never found true peace in the Quran. My life had been marked by disappointment, the loss of friendships, and complex family relationships.

Living alone in a company-provided apartment became a turning point in my life—a gift from Allah that gave me the solitude I needed to reflect deeply. For the first time, I began questioning my purpose: Why am I here? What comes next? What do I truly want? Despite acquiring various worldly skills, I still felt restless. That’s when I decided to attend Quran classes.

At first, I was anxious, but I found sakeenah (tranquility) in that environment—the sound of the takbeer, the peaceful atmosphere, and the people around me. I vividly remember the first person I met, a girl named Sajida. She was so pure, and when she held my hand, it was as if her touch carried calmness. At the time, I didn’t fully understand the neuroscience of touch or how the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) would hold people’s hands with warmth and kindness, but now, years later, I can still feel the impact of her wudu-clad hands and her serene presence.

This experience reminds me of the Seerah incident when the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) comforted his companions and strangers alike with his gentle touch and compassion. One such example is when he held the hand of Mu’adh ibn Jabal (RA) and said:

'O Mu’adh, by Allah I love you, so do not forget to say at the end of every prayer: ‘O Allah, help me to remember You, to give thanks to You, and to worship You properly.’'

The way the Prophet (PBUH) held hands and spoke with such kindness left a lasting impression
 just as someone pure and gentle manner impacted me. It showed me the power of simple, sincere gestures in touching hearts and bringing people closer to Allah. My time at Al-Huda became a turning point, where the Quran and the influence of righteous companionship helped me find peace and purpose.

May Allah give us pious companions which remind us to remember Allah always

The gist of ‘Iman’ and ‘Aml e Salih’ is 
‘God-consciousness‘

It means remembering Allah SWT all the time. 
Whatever you are doing Allah is in your thoughts. 

Its like when you are in love with someone 
you are thinking about them all the time
Somehow you want to please them 
you are yearning to meet them 
Talk to them
Know them 
To be close to them
What they like
What they don’t like 
It’s a fire that encompass you
Your heart is full of emotions 
And you are ready to change 
to the likes of your beloved

Allah is above all of this
He is our beloved Rub

Our thoughts should be encircling Him
In a constant state of Tawaf 
In every conscious moment of our lives. 

Only then we can be successful 
Worthy of the everlasting bliss 
Of gardens and flowing waters

Thus the concluding remarks of Al-Bayyinah verse 8

جَزَاۤؤُهُمۡ عِندَ رَبِّهِمۡ جَنَّـٰتُ عَدۡنࣲ تَجۡرِی مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِینَ فِیهَاۤ أَبَدࣰاۖ رَّضِیَ ٱللَّهُ عَنۡهُمۡ وَرَضُوا۟ عَنۡهُۚ ذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ لِمَنۡ خَشِیَ رَبَّهُۥ﴿ ٨ ﴾

• Abdul Haleem:
Their reward with their Lord is everlasting Gardens graced with flowing streams, where they will stay forever. God is well pleased with them and they with Him. All this is for those who stand in awe of their Lord.

Al-Bayyinah, Ayah 8

May Allah make us among the people of true khashya (awe) of Allah SWT.
