Surah 20 e Ayah 20:124, 20:2
Personal Reflection on Surah Taha
'This Surah held up a mirror I wasn’t ready for.'
There’s something uncomfortable about Surah Taha.
Not because it’s hard to understand
But because it’s hard to face.
I used to read the story of Musa (AS) like a bedtime tale. Familiar, safe.
He stood before Pharaoh. He parted the sea. He made history.
But I never noticed how human he was.
He was afraid.
He hesitated.
He told Allah straight up, 'I can’t do ...

Ayah 20:124
There is a deep truth in this ayah. When I stray from the remembrance of Allah, I feel it, an unease that creeps into the quiet moments, a restlessness in my chest, a heaviness that no human comfort can lift. But the moment I return, even just a little, that darkness begins to lift.
This is a reminder to myself first: Don’t place your peace in the hands of someone who’s still searching for their own. Anchor it in the One who never falters, never...

If you’re struggling with sins, desires, or even staying consistent with good deeds — this is what’s helped me, and it’ll help you too:
The thing that keeps me away from sins now is takwa - being close to Allah, having fear of losing connection with Allah swt, craving closeness and love of Allah SWT and to be in guidance of Allah swt in this duniya.
And that is why i miss Ramadan so much already - I miss Taraweeh, the peace of iftar, and Tahajj...

I felt this ayah recently. There was a time I was negligent in opening the Mus'haf a few months ago. For about 15-20 days, I stopped memorizing the Quran and reading it. Ofcourse, the Quranic reels on insta and a few visits to www.quran.com sometimes were there, but your heart yearns for more than that.
Let me tell you, the way I was taking Duniya serious in those 15-20 days was absolutely insane. It felt like my Taqwa diminished, and I was on m...

As Muslims, we can indeed have feelings of sadness. But, Allah has said that he will live a miserable life if you do not seek Him. Did you miss Fajr? That’s why you feel empty today. A wise Muslim man/woman realizes sadness and depression as an opportunity to head in Sujood and ask Allah SWT for relieving of burden and negative thoughts instead of going around and asking people for help. People can’t change your situation, Allah can.
If we perf...

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Kind,
When we fix our relationship sincerely with Allah, we notice the change in our outlook with everything and especially with our relationships with His creation.
If our relationship with Allah is strong and more mindful then we are mindful of the rights others have upon us, we fear Allah with our dealings with one another, we maintain ties of kinship for the sake of Allah. We keep healthy bo...

Ramadan is the month of Quran, a duration when we have a maximum connection with the Quran.
A comparative pre and post-Ramadan 'self' made me realize that there is nothing in this world except the Quran that:
1. Cures the Strom, diseases, and confusions of the heart. (وَشِفَآءٌ لِّمَا فِى ٱلصُّدُورِ)
2. Brings tranquility to the heart. ( أَلَا بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ ٱلْقُلُوبُ)
Inculcation of a few teaching during Ramadan taught me that...

There are certain moments in life where there is an air of melancholy. In such a moment, I tried to pinpoint the reason but to no avail. The more I pondered, the more dejected I had become. How do I overcome this unexplainable feeling that has left me vulnerable? I should be content in life, as I thought to myself with having certain luxuries. Perhaps if I took a brisk walk, it would clear my mind. It did not. I was sluggish in my form and furthe...

Alhamdulillah, the imam chose very carefully what he recited today.
In the first rakah he recited one of the well known verses
'....Surely in the rememberance of Allah do hearts find comfort'
And in the second rakah he recited the opposite scenario
'Those that turn away from the rememberance of Allah , will have a miserable life....'
The journey of the heart never ends , it's stuck in a continuous state of beginning. The heart jumps from ...
