وتبارك الذي له ملك السماوات والارض وما بينهما وعنده علم الساعة واليه ترجعون ٨٥
وَتَبَارَكَ ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَعِندَهُۥ عِلْمُ ٱلسَّاعَةِ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ ٨٥
وَتَبَارَكَ
ٱلَّذِي
لَهُۥ
مُلۡكُ
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَمَا
بَيۡنَهُمَا
وَعِندَهُۥ
عِلۡمُ
ٱلسَّاعَةِ
وَإِلَيۡهِ
تُرۡجَعُونَ
٨٥
E bendito seja Aquele de Quem é o reino dos céus e da terra e tudo quanto existe entre ambos, em Cujo poder está oconhecimento da Hora; a Ele retornareis.

These readings address the unbelievers (and all people) directly. They express the same meaning with a form IV passive verb, and a form I active verb.
