✨Their are two elements to change:
1. Differentiation between wrong and right, and to accept wrong as wrong.
2. The next is to take steps to stand up against  it and eradicate it. 

The Quran is AL-Furqan (نَزَّلَ ٱلْفُرْقَانَ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِهِۦ). It is only through the internalization of this book that a person is blessed with the ability of distinguishing wrong and right. 

✨ When a person take the decision to stand up, then the equipments required are sabr, prayer,(وَٱسْتَعِينُوا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ) (وَأَقِمِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ لِذِكْرِىٓ ) alot of zikr and supplications. 
Prophet Musa is assigned a heavy task of going to farouh and speaking the truth. He asks Haroon as assistance so that he can do zikr-rememberance. ( وَنَذْكُرَكَ كَثِيرًا) 

✨ The result will be seen when a person believes the fact that results are not in his hand and come only  from Allah. The only thing that is in our hands is 'effort'. (وَأَن لَّيْسَ لِلْإِنسَٰنِ إِلَّا مَا سَعَىٰ) 
This effort should be made with  pure intention (الخاص النيه) and certainity (يقين).

وعن أمير المؤمنين أبي حفص عمر بن الخطاب بن نفيل بن عبد العزى بن رياح بن قرط بن رزاح بن عدى بن لؤى ابن غالب القرشى العدوى‏.‏ رضي الله عنه، قال‏:‏ سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول‏:‏ ‏ '‏ إنما الأعمال بالنيات، وإنما لكل امرىء ما نوى فمن كانت هجرته إلى الله ورسوله فهجرته إلى الله ورسوله، ومن كانت هجرته لدنيا يصيبها، أو امرأة ينكحها فهجرته إلى ما هاجر إليه‏'‏
Umar bin Al-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with him), reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, 'The deeds are considered by the intentions, and a person will get the reward according to his intention. So whoever emigrated for Allah and His Messenger, his emigration will be for Allah and His Messenger; and whoever emigrated for worldly benefits or for a woman to marry, his emigration would be for what he emigrated for'.
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

Knowlege plays the pivotal role in creating change. It is very important that when we embark on the journey of knowledge our focus is growth and wisdom not the finish line.

The concept of Barakah in Islam

• The word Tabarak only occurs 9 times in the Qur'an. 3 of these times is Surah Furqan.
• Tabarak means that Allah swt is exalted in every manner above the creation.
• Tabarak also means that Allah is the Source of all good and of all blessings. 

What does it mean to have barakah?

• Barakah is when anything of a small quantiy is made to feel like much more. 
• With barakah, a small amount of food will satisfy many people, and a short period of time will be extremely productive and fruitful. 
• To not have barakah is when you have plenty in the matetial sense, but that plenty gets you no where.
• And only through the rememberance and mention of Allah will we find barakah in our lives.
