Al-Isra 17:33 ولا تقتلوا النفس التي حرم الله الا بالحق ومن قتل مظلوما فقد جعلنا لوليه سلطانا فلا يسرف في القتل انه كان منصورا ٣٣
وَلَا
تَقۡتُلُواْ
ٱلنَّفۡسَ
ٱلَّتِي
حَرَّمَ
ٱللَّهُ
إِلَّا
بِٱلۡحَقِّۗ
وَمَن
قُتِلَ
مَظۡلُومٗا
فَقَدۡ
جَعَلۡنَا
لِوَلِيِّهِۦ
سُلۡطَٰنٗا
فَلَا
يُسۡرِف
فِّي
ٱلۡقَتۡلِۖ
إِنَّهُۥ
كَانَ
مَنصُورٗا
٣٣
En doodt geen ziel waarvan Allah (het doden) verboden heeft verklaard, behalve volgens het recht en wie onrechtvaardig gedood wordt: Wij hebben zijn erfgenaam een bevoegdheid gegeven; maar overdrijft niet hij het doden. Voorwaar: hij wordt geholpen.

It was reported in the Two Sahihs that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
