Az-Zukhruf 43:4 وانه في ام الكتاب لدينا لعلي حكيم ٤
وَإِنَّهُۥ
فِيٓ
أُمِّ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ
لَدَيۡنَا
لَعَلِيٌّ
حَكِيمٌ
٤
En waarlijk, het is (de Koran) in de Moeder van boeken, waarlijk verheven, vol wijsheid.

(Ha-Mim. By the manifest Book.) means, plain and clear in both wording and meaning, because it was revealed in the language
