Ayah 110:1
#dhikir
This surah fills me with hope and joy. Makes me happy every time i recite it. This is the day we dream of, when Allah's help will come and we shall be victorious.
We shall have no worries and sadness. We shall be spending time in hamd and tawbah.
I ask for Jannatul Ferdaus from my Rabb. I ask for Jannatul Ferdaus here and hereafter. I have heard in Jannah, our very breath will be in the praise (hamd) of Allah. A random thought came i...

Ayah 110:1
A year ago I was reading this ayah (and Surah Al Nassr in its entirety) to help me be patient, thinking all the while that the victory is still to come. Then I realized that the victory is already here. We often make the mistake of imagining what the victory should look like, and it’s often like the movies with heroes marching in triumph. Every day, we experience small victories like praying on time, overcoming a sin or following a sunnah. Each of these is a gift from Allah SWT and a...

Ayah 110:1-3
Sometimes when I read this surah, I imagine standing in a large masjid.
The doors open and people of all backgrounds enter in droves.
People who were once hurting, broken, lost, confused, and on the verge of defeat, leaving the world behind and entering the masjid with tranquility, having found a connection with Allah after years of searching for peace.
We line up in rows, pray together and praise Allah for His guidance and blessings.
Then ...

Surah 110 en Ayah 110:1-3
How amazing it is that in this moment of glory and triumph in the seerah, after more than 20 years of striving, when finally the time and circumstance was right for the great Victory of Allah, predetermined, measured, proportioned: there is no relish the moment or 'enjoy, you earned it!'
Instead, the heart must turn back to Allah in many-layered praise and repentance.
How many people were lost along the way: Khadijah, the Prophet (s) children...
