Readings
وَأَمۡلَىٰ
wa-amlā
“and he has led them on”
This is a perfect tense verb conjugated for Satan, following the other verb by his action: sawwala.
وَأُمۡلِيَ
wa-umliya
“and they have been led on”
This is a passive verb, also perfect tense. It may refer to the action of the devil or the decree of Allah.
وَأُمۡلِي
wa-umlī
“and I grant them more time”
This is an imperfect verb, by which Allah describes His decree in the first person.

Explanation

These readings provide complementary meanings, since the devil only acts subject to Allah's will [Fakhir].

He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
