لا تحسبن الذين كفروا معجزين في الارض وماواهم النار ولبيس المصير ٥٧
لَا تَحْسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مُعْجِزِينَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَمَأْوَىٰهُمُ ٱلنَّارُ ۖ وَلَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ ٥٧
لَا
تَحۡسَبَنَّ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
مُعۡجِزِينَ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَمَأۡوَىٰهُمُ
ٱلنَّارُۖ
وَلَبِئۡسَ
ٱلۡمَصِيرُ
٥٧
Janganlah engkau menyangka orang-orang kafir itu akan dapat melemahkan kekuasaan Allah (daripada menimpakan azab kepada mereka) di dunia, sedang tempat kembali mereka ialah neraka; dan sesungguhnya neraka itu adalah seburuk-buruk tempat kembali.

“Think not that the unbelievers can escape”
In these readings, the prohibition is formed for the second-person singular, i.e. the Prophet (ﷺ) is being told not to think this. The variation between taḥsab/taḥsib reflects linguistic options for this verb.
لَا يَحْسَبَنَّ
lā yaḥsabanna
“The unbelievers should not think that they can escape” OR “He (the Prophet) should not think that the unbelievers can escape”
In this reading, the subject of the third-person verb is either the relative phrase alladhīna kafarū or the pronoun 'he', referring to the Prophet (ﷺ).
