وتولى عنهم وقال يا اسفى على يوسف وابيضت عيناه من الحزن فهو كظيم ٨٤
وَتَوَلَّىٰ عَنْهُمْ وَقَالَ يَـٰٓأَسَفَىٰ عَلَىٰ يُوسُفَ وَٱبْيَضَّتْ عَيْنَاهُ مِنَ ٱلْحُزْنِ فَهُوَ كَظِيمٌۭ ٨٤
وَتَوَلَّىٰ
عَنۡهُمۡ
وَقَالَ
يَٰٓأَسَفَىٰ
عَلَىٰ
يُوسُفَ
وَٱبۡيَضَّتۡ
عَيۡنَاهُ
مِنَ
ٱلۡحُزۡنِ
فَهُوَ
كَظِيمٞ
٨٤
Dan (bapa mereka - Nabi Yaakub) pun berpaling dari mereka (kerana berita yang mengharukan itu) sambil berkata: Aduhai sedihnya aku kerana Yusuf, dan putihlah dua belah matanya disebabkan ratap tangis dukacitanya kerana ia orang yang memendamkan marahnya di dalam hati.

In surah Yusuf [12], Allah informs us about the brothers of Yusuf who said:
[اقْتُلُوا يُوسُفَ أَوِ اطْرَحُوهُ أَرْضًا يَخْلُ لَكُمْ وَجْهُ أَبِيكُمْ وَتَكُونُوا مِن بَعْدِهِ قَوْمًا صَالِحِينَ]
Kill Yusuf or cast him out to another land so that your father's favor will be for you alone, and after that you will be righteous people. [9]
al-Qushayri mentioned in his tafsir:
[قديمًا قيل : (من طلب الكل = فاته الكل!).فلما أرادوا أن يكون إقبال يعقو...Lihat lebih dari yang ini

واستدل بالآية على جواز التأسف والبكاء عند النوائب، ولعل الكف عن أمثال ذلك لا يدخل تحت التكليف؛ فإنه قلَّ من يملك نفسه عند الشدائد. وقد روى الشيخان من حديث أنس أنه -صلى الله عليه وسلم- بكى على ولده إبراهيم، وقال: «إن العين تدمع، والقلب يخشع، ولا نقول إلا ما يرضي ربنا، وإنا لفراقك يا إبراهيم لمحزونون». وإنَّما المنهي عنه ما يفعله الجهلة: من النياحة، ولطم الخدود والصدور، وشق الجيوب، وتمزيق الثياب. الألوسي:13/53.

The excruciating pain which can never be shared and get treated from a fellow human being, because it was caused by your own blood , your most loved spouse or your close friend. Revealing the cause of the heartache with someone is more damaging to your relationship thus you can cry out for only Allah's help.
