وقالت لاخته قصيه فبصرت به عن جنب وهم لا يشعرون ١١
وَقَالَتْ لِأُخْتِهِۦ قُصِّيهِ ۖ فَبَصُرَتْ بِهِۦ عَن جُنُبٍۢ وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ ١١
وَقَالَتۡ
لِأُخۡتِهِۦ
قُصِّيهِۖ
فَبَصُرَتۡ
بِهِۦ
عَن
جُنُبٖ
وَهُمۡ
لَا
يَشۡعُرُونَ

And she said to his sister, “Keep track of him!” So she watched him from a distance, while they were unaware.

Within these verses is a perfect depiction of Al-khabeer (The All Aware), a-Jabar (The Restorer), A-raqeeb (The Watchful), Al-wakeel (The Disposer of Affairs). Allah orchestrates these events and accounts for all things human nature that may have put Musa in harm, from his mother's fear to Firawn's hesitation.
