لينذر من كان حيا ويحق القول على الكافرين ٧٠
لِّيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيًّۭا وَيَحِقَّ ٱلْقَوْلُ عَلَى ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ ٧٠
لِّيُنذِرَ

ٱلۡقَوۡلُ
عَلَى

affinché avverta ogni vivente

e si realizzi il Decreto contro i miscredenti.
