وليستعفف الذين لا يجدون نكاحا حتى يغنيهم الله من فضله والذين يبتغون الكتاب مما ملكت ايمانكم فكاتبوهم ان علمتم فيهم خيرا واتوهم من مال الله الذي اتاكم ولا تكرهوا فتياتكم على البغاء ان اردن تحصنا لتبتغوا عرض الحياة الدنيا ومن يكرههن فان الله من بعد اكراههن غفور رحيم ٣٣

وَلْيَسْتَعْفِفِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ نِكَاحًا حَتَّىٰ يُغْنِيَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ ۗ وَٱلَّذِينَ يَبْتَغُونَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ مِمَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَـٰنُكُمْ فَكَاتِبُوهُمْ إِنْ عَلِمْتُمْ فِيهِمْ خَيْرًۭا ۖ وَءَاتُوهُم مِّن مَّالِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِىٓ ءَاتَىٰكُمْ ۚ وَلَا تُكْرِهُوا۟ فَتَيَـٰتِكُمْ عَلَى ٱلْبِغَآءِ إِنْ أَرَدْنَ تَحَصُّنًۭا لِّتَبْتَغُوا۟ عَرَضَ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا ۚ وَمَن يُكْرِههُّنَّ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ إِكْرَٰهِهِنَّ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ ٣٣

وَلۡيَسۡتَعۡفِفِ

ٱلَّذِينَ

لَا

يَجِدُونَ

نِكَاحًا

حَتَّىٰ

يُغۡنِيَهُمُ

ٱللَّهُ

مِن

فَضۡلِهِۦۗ

وَٱلَّذِينَ

يَبۡتَغُونَ

ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ

مِمَّا

مَلَكَتۡ

أَيۡمَٰنُكُمۡ

فَكَاتِبُوهُمۡ

إِنۡ

عَلِمۡتُمۡ

فِيهِمۡ

خَيۡرٗاۖ

وَءَاتُوهُم

مِّن

مَّالِ

ٱللَّهِ

ٱلَّذِيٓ

ءَاتَىٰكُمۡۚ

وَلَا

تُكۡرِهُواْ

فَتَيَٰتِكُمۡ

عَلَى

ٱلۡبِغَآءِ

إِنۡ

أَرَدۡنَ

تَحَصُّنٗا

لِّتَبۡتَغُواْ

عَرَضَ

ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ

ٱلدُّنۡيَاۚ

وَمَن

يُكۡرِههُّنَّ

فَإِنَّ

ٱللَّهَ

مِنۢ

بَعۡدِ

إِكۡرَٰهِهِنَّ

غَفُورٞ

رَّحِيمٞ

٣٣

E coloro che non hanno [i mezzi] per sposarsi cerchino la castità, finché Allah non li arricchisca con la Sua Grazia. Ai vostri schiavi che ve lo chiedano concedete l’affrancamento contrattuale ¹, se sapete che in essi c’è del bene, e date loro parte dei beni che Allah ha dato a voi. Per brama dei beni di questa vita, non costringete a prostituirsi le vostre schiave che vogliono mantenersi caste ². E se vi sono costrette, ebbene a causa di tale costrizione Allah concederà il Suo perdono e la Sua misericordia.

Sahih Muslim 3029a

Jabir reported that 'Abdullah b. Ubayy b. Salul used to say to his slave-girl: Go and fetch something for us by committing prostitution. It was in this connection that Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, revealed this verse:" And compel not your slave-girls to prostitution when they desire to keep chaste in order to seek the frail goods of this world's life, and whoever compels them, then surely after their compulsion Allah is Forgiving, Merciful" (xxiv. 33).

Sahih Muslim 3029b

Jabir reported that 'Abdullah b. Ubayy b. Salul had two slave-girls; one was called Musaika and the other one was called Umaima and he compelled them to prostitution (for which'Abdullah b. Ubayy b. Salul compelled them). They made a complaint about this to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and it was upon this that this verse was revealed:" And compel not your slave-girls to prostitute" up to the words:" Allah is Forgiving, Merciful."

He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
