Al-Furqan 25:18 قالوا سبحانك ما كان ينبغي لنا ان نتخذ من دونك من اولياء ولاكن متعتهم واباءهم حتى نسوا الذكر وكانوا قوما بورا ١٨
قَالُوْا
سُبْحٰنَكَ
مَا
كَانَ
یَنْۢبَغِیْ
لَنَاۤ
اَنْ
نَّتَّخِذَ
مِنْ
دُوْنِكَ
مِنْ
اَوْلِیَآءَ
وَلٰكِنْ
مَّتَّعْتَهُمْ
وَاٰبَآءَهُمْ
حَتّٰی
نَسُوا
الذِّكْرَ ۚ
وَكَانُوْا
قَوْمًا
بُوْرًا
۟
Mereka (yang disembah itu) menjawab, "Mahasuci Engkau, tidaklah pantas bagi kami mengambil pelindung selain Engkau,1 tetapi Engkau telah memberi mereka dan nenek moyang mereka kenikmatan hidup, sehingga mereka melupakan peringatan; dan mereka kaum yang binasa."

The gods of the Idolators will disown Them on the Day of Resurrection
Allah tells us about what will happen on the Day of Resurrection, when those whom the idolators used to worship instead of Allah, angels and others, will rebuke them. Allah says:
وَيَوْمَ يَحْشُرُهُمْ وَمَا يَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ الل
