Ibrahim 14:52 هاذا بلاغ للناس ولينذروا به وليعلموا انما هو الاه واحد وليذكر اولو الالباب ٥٢
هٰذَا
بَلٰغٌ
لِّلنَّاسِ
وَلِیُنْذَرُوْا
بِهٖ
وَلِیَعْلَمُوْۤا
اَنَّمَا
هُوَ
اِلٰهٌ
وَّاحِدٌ
وَّلِیَذَّكَّرَ
اُولُوا
الْاَلْبَابِ
۟۠
Dan (Al-Qur`an) ini adalah penjelasan (yang sempurna) bagi manusia, agar mereka diberi peringatan dengannya, agar mereka mengetahui bahwa Dia adalah Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan agar orang yang berakal mengambil pelajaran.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah states that this Qur'an is a Message for mankind,
لاٌّنذِرَكُمْ بِهِ وَمَن بَلَغَ
((So) that I may therewith warn you and whomsoever it may reach.) 6:19 This Qur'an is for all mankind and the Jinns, just as Allah said in the beginning of this Surah,
الر كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَـهُ إِلَيْكَ لِتُخْرِجَ ال
…Allah states that this Qur'an is a Message for mankind,
لاٌّنذِرَكُمْ بِهِ وَمَن بَلَغَ
((So) that I may therewith warn you and whomsoever it may reach.
