Al-An'am 6:131 ذالك ان لم يكن ربك مهلك القرى بظلم واهلها غافلون ١٣١
ذٰلِكَ
اَنْ
لَّمْ
یَكُنْ
رَّبُّكَ
مُهْلِكَ
الْقُرٰی
بِظُلْمٍ
وَّاَهْلُهَا
غٰفِلُوْنَ
۟
Demikianlah (para rasul diutus) karena Tuhanmu tidak akan membinasakan suatu negeri secara zalim, sedang penduduknya dalam lengah (belum tahu).

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
ذَلِكَ أَن لَّمْ يَكُنْ رَّبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ الْقُرَى بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا غَـفِلُونَ
(This is because your Lord would not destroy the (populations of) towns for their wrongdoing while their people were unaware. ) meaning: `We sent the Messengers and revealed the Books to the Jinns and mankind, so that
