يهدي به الله من اتبع رضوانه سبل السلام ويخرجهم من الظلمات الى النور باذنه ويهديهم الى صراط مستقيم ١٦
يَهْدِى بِهِ ٱللَّهُ مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ رِضْوَٰنَهُۥ سُبُلَ ٱلسَّلَـٰمِ وَيُخْرِجُهُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ بِإِذْنِهِۦ وَيَهْدِيهِمْ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍۢ مُّسْتَقِيمٍۢ ١٦

مُّسۡتَقِيۡمٍ

Dengan Kitab itulah Allah memberi petunjuk kepada orang yang mengikuti keridaan-Nya ke jalan keselamatan, dan (dengan Kitab itu pula) Allah mengeluarkan orang itu dari gelap gulita kepada cahaya dengan izin-Nya, dan menunjukkan ke jalan yang lurus.

It Is important to realize when Allah sais He guides whom He wills, that guidance is only in the hands of Allah and he gives it based on the means (asbab) taken by the servant to achieve that guidance . The same way rizq and provision is only on Allahs hands and he gives it to whom he wills but the servant is expected to exhaust the means in reaching the provision Allah has decreed for him.
