tafsir: Al-Fath 48:17

ليس على الاعمى حرج ولا على الاعرج حرج ولا على المريض حرج ومن يطع الله ورسوله يدخله جنات تجري من تحتها الانهار ومن يتول يعذبه عذابا اليما ١٧

لَّيْسَ عَلَى ٱلْأَعْمَىٰ حَرَجٌۭ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلْأَعْرَجِ حَرَجٌۭ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلْمَرِيضِ حَرَجٌۭ ۗ وَمَن يُطِعِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ يُدْخِلْهُ جَنَّـٰتٍۢ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ ۖ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّ يُعَذِّبْهُ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًۭا ١٧

لَیْسَ

الْاَعْمٰی

حَرَجٌ

وَّلَا

عَلَی

الْاَعْرَجِ

حَرَجٌ

وَّلَا

عَلَی

الْمَرِیْضِ

حَرَجٌ ؕ

وَمَنْ

یُّطِعِ

اللّٰهَ

وَرَسُوْلَهٗ

یُدْخِلْهُ

جَنّٰتٍ

تَجْرِیْ

مِنْ

تَحْتِهَا

الْاَنْهٰرُ ۚ

وَمَنْ

یَّتَوَلَّ

یُعَذِّبْهُ

عَذَابًا

اَلِیْمًا

۟۠

Tidak ada dosa bagi orang-orang yang buta, orang-orang yang pincang, dan orang-orang yang sakit (apabila tidak ikut berperang). Barangsiapa taat kepada Allah dan Rasul-Nya, Dia akan memasukkannya ke dalam surga yang mengalir di bawahnya sungai-sungai; tetapi barangsiapa berpaling, Dia akan mengazabnya dengan azab yang pedih.

لَّيْسَ عَلَى الْأَعْمَىٰ حَرَ‌جٌ (There is no blame on the blind, nor is there any blame on the lame, nor is there any blame on the sick...48:17) Sayyidna Ibn ` Abbas ؓ reports that when some sincere Muslims who were physically unable to fight read the concluding clause of verse 16: وَإِن تَتَوَلَّوْا كَمَا تَوَلَّيْتُم مِّن قَبْلُ يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا .

“ And if you turn away, as you had turned away before, He will punish you with a painful punishment. [ 48:16] " they expressed their concern about the warning. Verse [ 17] was revealed to exempt them from the injunction of jihad. These people included blind, lame or sick persons (Qurtubi). And Allah knows best!
