واذ اخذنا ميثاقكم ورفعنا فوقكم الطور خذوا ما اتيناكم بقوة واذكروا ما فيه لعلكم تتقون ٦٣
وَإِذْ أَخَذْنَا مِيثَـٰقَكُمْ وَرَفَعْنَا فَوْقَكُمُ ٱلطُّورَ خُذُوا۟ مَآ ءَاتَيْنَـٰكُم بِقُوَّةٍۢ وَٱذْكُرُوا۟ مَا فِيهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ ٦٣
وَاِذۡ
اَخَذۡنَا
مِيۡثَاقَكُمۡ
وَرَفَعۡنَا
فَوۡقَكُمُ
الطُّوۡرَؕ
خُذُوۡا
مَآ
اٰتَيۡنٰكُمۡ
بِقُوَّةٍ
وَّ اذۡكُرُوۡا
مَا
فِيۡهِ
لَعَلَّكُمۡ
تَتَّقُوۡنَ
٦٣
Dan (ingatlah) ketika Kami mengambil janji kamu dan Kami angkat gunung (Sinai) di atasmu (seraya berfirman), "Pegang teguhlah apa yang telah Kami berikan kepadamu dan ingatlah apa yang ada di dalamnya, agar kamu bertakwa."

The Qur’an shows that the story of humanity is the story of covenants. - یہاں فرشتوں سے نہ مشورہ کیا جا رہا ہے اور نہ اجازت طلب کی جا رہی ہے بلکہ اللہﷻ کو نہ کسی کی اجازت کی ضرورت ہے اور نہ ہی مشورہ کی، پس وہ جو چاہے کرے۔
یہاں دو چیزیں غور طلب ہیں
1: خلیفہ کسے کہتے ہیں؟
2: انسان ہی کو منصب خلافت کیوں دیا گیا؟ کیا اللہ کو مخلوق کی کمی تھی؟ نہیں، تو پھر؟
