۞ ان الصفا والمروة من شعاير الله فمن حج البيت او اعتمر فلا جناح عليه ان يطوف بهما ومن تطوع خيرا فان الله شاكر عليم ١٥٨
۞ إِنَّ ٱلصَّفَا وَٱلْمَرْوَةَ مِن شَعَآئِرِ ٱللَّهِ ۖ فَمَنْ حَجَّ ٱلْبَيْتَ أَوِ ٱعْتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ أَن يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا ۚ وَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيْرًۭا فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَاكِرٌ عَلِيمٌ ١٥٨

As-Safâ et Al Marwah sont vraiment parmi les lieux sacrés d’Allah. Donc, quiconque fait pèlerinage à la Maison ou fait l’Umra ne commet pas de péché en faisant le va-et-vient entre ces deux monts. Et quiconque fait de son propre gré une bonne œuvre, alors Allah est Reconnaissant, Omniscient. 1

فَمَنْ تَطَوَّعَ
fa-man taṭawwaʿa
“Whoever does extra good” or “Whoever did extra good”
Here the verb is in the perfect tense (form V).
فَمَنْ يَطَّوَّعْ
fa-man yaṭṭawwaʿ
“Whoever does extra good”
The same verb is here in the jussive imperfect due to the conditional.

Explication

The two readings amount to the same meaning as conditional sentences, although the first reading may also be taken to refer to the rewards enjoyed by people of the past who did extra good deeds [Makki].
