وقيله يا رب ان هاولاء قوم لا يومنون ٨٨
وَقِيلِهِۦ يَـٰرَبِّ إِنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ قَوْمٌۭ لَّا يُؤْمِنُونَ ٨٨
وَقِيلِهِۦ
يَٰرَبِّ
إِنَّ
هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ
قَوۡمٞ
لَّا
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
٨٨
Et sa parole (la parole du Prophète à Allah) : "Seigneur, ce sont là des gens qui ne croient pas."

“And (He knows) his statement” OR “I swear by him calling out 'O Lord' that they are a people devoid of faith”
In this reading, the genitive word is conjoined to the word as-sāʿati in ayah 85, or the waw forms an oath.
