14:2
الله الذي له ما في السماوات وما في الارض وويل للكافرين من عذاب شديد ٢
ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ وَوَيْلٌۭ لِّلْكَـٰفِرِينَ مِنْ عَذَابٍۢ شَدِيدٍ ٢

ﱬﱭ
ﱮ

ﱳ
Allah, à qui appartient tout ce qui est dans les cieux et sur la Terre. Et malheur aux mécréants, pour un dur châtiment [qu’ils subiront].

اللّٰهِ الَّذِي
Allāhi lladhī
“...the path of the Mighty, the Praiseworthy, God, who owns”
In this genitive reading, the divine name at the start of this ayah is an appositive for the attributes at the end of the previous ayah.
اللّٰهُ الَّذِي
Allāhu lladhī
"...the path of the Mighty, the Praiseworthy: (He is) God who owns" OR "...the path of the Mighty, the Praiseworthy. God is He who owns"
In this nominative reading, the divine name is the predicate of an implied subject; or it may be the subject with alladhī as its predicate.

Explication

These readings amount to the same or similar meanings [al-Alusi].

He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
