رب السماوات والارض وما بينهما ان كنتم موقنين ٧
رَبِّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَآ ۖ إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ ٧
رَبِّ
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَمَا
بَيۡنَهُمَآۖ
إِن
كُنتُم
مُّوقِنِينَ
٧
Seigneur des cieux et de la terre et de ce qui est entre eux, si seulement vous pouviez en avoir la conviction.

In this reading, this description is appositive to the genitive in "Mercy from your Lord" in the previous ayah.

“(He is) Lord of the heavens and the earth”
This reading has a new sentence with an implied subject, or it may be a subject whose predicate is: "There is no god but He".
