فاصفح عنهم وقل سلام فسوف يعلمون ٨٩
فَٱصْفَحْ عَنْهُمْ وَقُلْ سَلَـٰمٌۭ ۚ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ ٨٩
فَٱصۡفَحۡ
عَنۡهُمۡ
وَقُلۡ
سَلَٰمٞۚ
فَسَوۡفَ
يَعۡلَمُونَ
٨٩
Et bien, éloigne-toi d’eux (pardonne-leur); et dit: "Paix (Salâm) !" Car ils sauront bientôt.

This is a promise from Allah to His Messenger concerning the unbelievers.
تَعۡلَمُونَ
taʿlamūna
“for you will soon come to know”
This is addressed in the second person to the same people to whom the Prophet ﷺ is told to say "Peace".
