Autorisation est donnée à ceux qui sont attaqués (de se défendre) - parce que vraiment ils sont lésés ; et Allah est certes Capable de les secourir - 1

أُذِنَ - يُقَاتَلُونَ
udhina...yuqātalūna
“Permission is granted to those being fought”
أُذِنَ - يُقَاتِلُونَ
udhina...yuqātilūna
“Permission is granted to those who fight”
In these two readings, Allah's permission is expressed in the passive voice, and the believers are described variously as those who have been subject to attacks before now, and as those who will now fight by His permission.
أَذِنَ - يُقَاتَلُونَ
adhina...yuqātalūna
“He has granted permission to those being fought”
أَذِنَ - يُقَاتِلُونَ
adhina...yuqātilūna
“He has granted permission to those who fight”
Allah's permission is here expressed in the active voice, following the statement that He will defend the believers. The same variants exist for "fought" (passive) and "fight" (active).

Explication

These readings provide different aspects of the same overall meaning [Makki].

He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
