وقيله يا رب ان هاولاء قوم لا يومنون ٨٨
وَقِيلِهِۦ يَـٰرَبِّ إِنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ قَوْمٌۭ لَّا يُؤْمِنُونَ ٨٨
وَقِيلِهِۦ
يَٰرَبِّ
إِنَّ
هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ
قَوۡمٞ
لَّا
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
٨٨
[Dios sabe cuándo Lo invocas] diciendo: “¡Oh, Señor! Este es un pueblo que no cree”.

“And (He knows) his statement” OR “I swear by him calling out 'O Lord' that they are a people devoid of faith”
In this reading, the genitive word is conjoined to the word as-sāʿati in ayah 85, or the waw forms an oath.
