وَالحَبُّ ذُو العَصۡفِ وَالرَّيۡحَانُ
wa-l-ḥabbu dhū l-ʿaṣfi wa-r-rayḥānu
“And (therein are) husked grains and fragrant plants”
وَالحَبُّ ذُو العَصۡفِ وَالرَّيۡحَانِ
wa-l-ḥabbu dhū l-ʿaṣfi wa-r-rayḥāni
“And (therein are) grains providing fodder and food”
In these two readings, the word ḥabb is nominative, conjoined to "fruits" in the preceding ayah. The word rayḥān either denotes a separate category (as in the first reading), or it is connected to the grains, hence the two genitive descriptions pertain to food for animals and humans, respectively.
وَالحَبَّ ذَا العَصۡفِ وَالرَّيۡحَانَ
wa-l-ḥabba dhā l-ʿaṣfi wa-r-rayḥāna
“And (He created) husked grain and fragrant plants”
In this reading, the two accusative items are conjoined to "the earth" in ayah 10, as objects of the verb waḍaʿa.

Explicación

These readings provide complementary meanings [Makki]. Ibn ʿĀmir's reading accords with the Levantine Codex, which has an alif for the word dhā.

He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
