وما لهم الا يعذبهم الله وهم يصدون عن المسجد الحرام وما كانوا اولياءه ان اولياوه الا المتقون ولاكن اكثرهم لا يعلمون ٣٤
وَمَا لَهُمْ أَلَّا يُعَذِّبَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَهُمْ يَصُدُّونَ عَنِ ٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ وَمَا كَانُوٓا۟ أَوْلِيَآءَهُۥٓ ۚ إِنْ أَوْلِيَآؤُهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱلْمُتَّقُونَ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ ٣٤
وَمَا
لَهُمۡ
أَلَّا
يُعَذِّبَهُمُ
ٱللَّهُ
وَهُمۡ
يَصُدُّونَ
عَنِ
ٱلۡمَسۡجِدِ
ٱلۡحَرَامِ
وَمَا
كَانُوٓاْ
أَوۡلِيَآءَهُۥٓۚ
إِنۡ
أَوۡلِيَآؤُهُۥٓ
إِلَّا
ٱلۡمُتَّقُونَ
وَلَٰكِنَّ
أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ
لَا
يَعۡلَمُونَ
٣٤
¿Por qué no iba Dios a castigarlos si ellos impiden [a los creyentes] el ingreso a la Mezquita Sagrada, sin ser los protectores [legítimos de la Mezquita Sagrada]? Sepan que los [legítimos] protectores son los piadosos. Pero la mayoría de los idólatras no lo sabe.

Sahih al-Bukhari 4648

Narrated Anas bin Malik:

Abu Jahl said, "O Allah! If this (Qur'an) is indeed the Truth from You, then rain down on us a shower of stones from the sky or bring on us a painful torment." So Allah revealed:-- "But Allah would not punish them while you were amongst them, nor He will punish them while they seek (Allah's) forgiveness..." (8.33) And why Allah should not punish them while they turn away (men) from Al- Masjid-al-Haram (the Sacred Mosque of Mecca)..." (8.33-34)

Sahih al-Bukhari 4649

Narrated Anas bin Malik:

Abu Jahl said, "O Allah! If this (Qur'an) is indeed the Truth from You), then rain down on us a shower of stones from the sky or bring on us a painful punishment." So there was revealed:-- 'But Allah would not punish them while you (Muhammad) were amongst them, nor will He punish them while they seek (Allah's) Forgiveness. And why Allah should not punish them while they stop (men) from Al-Masjid-al-Haram ..' (8.33-34)

Sahih Muslim 2796

Anas b. Malik reported that Abu Jahl said: O Allah, if he is true, then shower upon us the volley of stones from the sky or inflict upon us a grievous torment, and it was on this occasion that this verse was revealed:" 'Allah would never torment them so long as you are amongst them. And Allah is not going to torment them as long as they seek forgiveness. And why is it that Allah should not torment them and they prevent people from coming to the sacred mosque...." (viii. 34) to the end.
