Az-Zújruf 43:86 ولا يملك الذين يدعون من دونه الشفاعة الا من شهد بالحق وهم يعلمون ٨٦
وَلَا
يَمۡلِكُ
ٱلَّذِينَ
يَدۡعُونَ
مِن
دُونِهِ
ٱلشَّفَٰعَةَ
إِلَّا
مَن
شَهِدَ
بِٱلۡحَقِّ
وَهُمۡ
يَعۡلَمُونَ
٨٦
Y los ídolos a los que (los idólatras) invocan fuera de Al-lah no tienen el poder de interceder por nadie. Solo podrán interceder (con el permiso de Al-lah) quienes den testimonio de la verdad (sobre la unicidad de Al-lah) con pleno conocimiento.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
حم - تَنزِيلُ الْكِتَبِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْعَلِيمِ
(Ha-Mim. By the manifest Book.) means, plain and clear in both wording and meaning, because it was revealed in the language of the Arabs, which is the most eloquent language for communication among people.
