فَبِمَا
رَحۡمَةٖ
مِّنَ
ٱللَّهِ
لِنتَ
لَهُمۡۖ
وَلَوۡ
كُنتَ
فَظًّا
غَلِيظَ
ٱلۡقَلۡبِ
لَٱنفَضُّواْ
مِنۡ
حَوۡلِكَۖ
فَٱعۡفُ
عَنۡهُمۡ
وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرۡ
لَهُمۡ
وَشَاوِرۡهُمۡ
فِي
ٱلۡأَمۡرِۖ
فَإِذَا
عَزَمۡتَ
فَتَوَكَّلۡ
عَلَى
ٱللَّهِۚ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
يُحِبُّ
ٱلۡمُتَوَكِّلِينَ

Y trataste (a tus compañeros y seguidores) con gentileza por la misericordia de Al-lah. Si hubieras sido severo y duro de corazón con ellos, se habrían alejado de ti (¡oh, Muhammad!). Discúlpalos y pide perdón (a Al-lah) por ellos; y consulta su opinión en los temas (que lo requieran antes de tomar una decisión). Y cuando hayas tomado una decisión, encomiéndate a Al-lah. Ciertamente, Al-lah ama a quienes confían en Él.

Among the Qualities of Our Prophet Muhammad are Mercy and Kindness
Allah addresses His Messenger and reminds him and the believers of the favor that He has made his heart and words soft for his Ummah, those who follow his command and refrain from what he prohibits.
